Mr. Lalit Mehta (DIN: 00216681) is a science and law graduate from the University of Mumbai. His enthusiasm, hard word, vision & business sense landed him in the chemical business. He is with the Pharmaceutical Industry since 1967.

Mr. Rajesh Mehta (DIN: 00216731) is commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is in the Pharmaceutical Industry & the company since 1992.

Mr. Megh Mehta (DIN: 07287394) is a post graduate in Marketing from the University of Mumbai. He is focused on adding more customers, new products & enhancing existing production capacities. He is with the company since 2015.

Mr. Manishkumar Pipalia (DIN: 00376313) is a commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He advises the Company on audits, finance & taxation.

Mr. Sachin Kothary (DIN: 10470497) is a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Mumbai and he holds a degree in Master of Business Administration. He advises the Company in technical matters and in international marketing.

Ms. Megha Sanjay Jain (DIN: 10727038) holds a masters degree in commerce and has completed Inter CA. She advices the Company on Human Resources and Safety, Health & Environment matters.

Mr. Piyush Dharod (DIN: 11119391) is a commerce graduate and also holds a diploma in Computer Management from NMIMS, Mumbai. He has experience of working in Banking & Finance Industry for over 35 Years. He advices the Company on matters of finance and on corporate social responsibility.
