Mr. Lalit Mehta (DIN: 00216681) is a science and law graduate from the University of Mumbai. His enthusiasm, hard word, vision & business sense landed him in the chemical business. He is with the Pharmaceutical Industry since 1967.

Mr. Rajesh Mehta (DIN: 00216731) is commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is in the Pharmaceutical Industry & the company since 1992.

Mr. Megh Mehta (DIN: 07287394) is a post graduate in Marketing from the University of Mumbai. He is focused on adding more customers, new products & enhancing existing production capacities. He is with the company since 2015.

Mr. Mahendra Pipalia (DIN: 00216959) is a commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He advises the Company on software systems, audits, finance & taxation.

Mr. Samir Kothary (DIN: 00216603) is a science graduate from the University of Mumbai and holds a Diploma in Management Studies. He advises the Company in procurement of raw materials and in international marketing.

Ms. Renu Dharod (DIN: 07063088) is an arts graduate and also holds a law degree from the University of Mumbai. She has also completed her Diploma in Business Management. She advices the Company on legal matters, human resources, safety, health and environment matters and on corporate social responsibility.
